The Alumni Engagement Assistant (Programs) provides essential administrative and coordination support to a range of alumni programs that recognise achievement and support recent graduates.
Working as part of a collaborative team, this role helps ensure programs are delivered accurately, professionally and on time.
In this role you will:
* Provide day‐to‐day administrative and coordination support across alumni awards, recognition and graduate programs.
* Manage data entry, record‐keeping and program tracking to support smooth delivery.
* Assist with program logistics, documentation and stakeholder communications.
* Contribute to maintaining clear processes and up‐to‐date program documentation.
Continuing position is full time and will be located at the Newcastle City (NUspace) Campus (Awabakal land).

The remuneration for this position is from Higher Education Worker Level 4+ 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
