About This Role:
Our organisation is seeking an experienced warehouse professional to lead the day-to-day operations of a furniture warehouse.
* Maintain a clean, presentable and well-organised inventory to meet customer demands
* Manage dispatches, returns, stock levels and warehouse workflows efficiently using Point of Rental (POR)
* Develop and improve the 'shelf-to-shelf' cycle of stock handling
* Ensure accurate inventory reporting, including lost or damaged items
* Uphold rigorous quality control standards, ensuring products are event-ready
* Maximise team productivity, manage labour costs and maintain rosters aligned with workload
* Lead a strong safety culture, identifying and mitigating hazards and promoting workplace health and safety best practices
* Collaborate with the structures manager and sales team for seamless operational execution
* Oversee storage conditions, ensuring all stock is protected and well-maintained
You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or hire operations
* Strong leadership qualities with experience managing and motivating teams
* Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
* Forklift licence preferred
