The Role This role will assist the Group WHS Manager with day-to-day administration activities, to ensure team members WHS concerns are managed in line with internal process and procedures. Your Profile Conduct daily Safety inbox reviews, escalating urgent WHS matters and ensuring legislative compliance. Manage claims and Return-to-Work processes, supporting injured team members and coordinating suitable duties to minimise Lost Time Injuries (LTI). Review and monitor incident reports, identifying hazards, risks and improvement opportunities with the WHS Manager and stakeholders. Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Work Health and Safety Management System and WHS strategies. Assist with WHS reporting, audits, HR Hub content maintenance, and coordination of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives. This role is part-time (3days a week) based on site.
