Job Description
Our Medical Negligence team is dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients.
We're now looking for a permanent Legal Assistant to join our Brisbane-based team, in a full time capacity.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls
Diary and file management
Preparation of correspondence, court documents and briefs of evidence
Provide day-to-day administrative support
Maintain frequent contact with clients, offering strong client service skills
Qualifications
Experience as a Legal Assistant, or background in administration and/or customer service
Preferably experience in the legal industry (not required)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
