Your responsibilities will include overseeing contract development, negotiation, execution, and administration. You'll evaluate contract requirements based on spend, service/material, market conditions, and risks unique to the mining sector. Utilising your expertise, you'll draft contract documents to maximise competitive advantage and minimise risk.
Your meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining accurate contract records within our systems. Additionally, you'll actively identify and report procurement savings, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Contract Law.
- Experience in procurement, supply, contracts, or category management.
- Mining/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP 4 Hana knowledge is advantageous.
- Skilled in Contracts management, Data analysis, Negotiation, Report writing and Tender preparation.
- Six Sigma Green Belt qualification
