Job Overview
The Membership Sales & Service Officers play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving our purpose.
This position involves generating maximum membership sales throughout busy retention and acquisition phases.
You will work autonomously, accountable for daily sales targets through inbound and outbound calls.
Main Responsibilities
1. Membership Sales: Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues and provide product information while achieving KPIs.
2. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to Richmond stakeholders and support match-day operations.
3. Data Management: Maintain accurate data entry, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and supporting data segmentation projects.
4. Reception Duties: Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and providing top-level customer service.
Requirements
* Minimum two years' demonstrated customer service experience.
* Minimum two years' sales experience, preferably in membership sales and/or telephone sales and service.
* Knowledge of CRM software, such as Archtics, is desired.
* A relentless work ethic, strong attention to detail, and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in verbal and written communication.
* An energetic, optimistic, resilient attitude.
* Ability to work multiple shifts a week.
