What You'll Do
Deliver person-centred support that empowers individuals to achieve their goals.
Promote safety, wellbeing and self-determination.
Support daily living health needs and positive behaviour strategies.
Collaborate with a passionate team across a 7-day rotating roster.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Cert III or IV in Disability Support (or relevant qualification) – Desirable
NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check and Working with Children Check (if applicable).
Valid full drivers licence
First Aid & CPR certificate.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
Willingness to complete core and therapeutic training.
