About the Role
Stella Engineering is seeking motivated CNC Machinists to join our growing advanced manufacturing team in Berkeley Vale. We are recruiting across all shifts and all experience levels, from early‐career machinists through to highly experienced operators.

Key Responsibilities
* Set up, operate and (where applicable) program CNC machines, including lathes and machining centres
* Manufacture components in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions
* Learn to interpret technical drawings, schematics and specifications accurately
* Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
* Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance
* Record production and quality information as required
* Work collaboratively with production, engineering and quality teams
* Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a CNC Machinist or a strong foundation in machining with a willingness to learn
* Interest in CNC machining, precision manufacturing and quality workmanship
* Ability (or willingness to learn) to read and interpret technical drawings
* Good attention to detail and a practical, problem‐solving mindset
* Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
* Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
* Availability to work across various shifts
* Australian Citizenship is essential
