About the Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity for a Training Coordinator to lead an innovative Training Department on a mine site. Reporting to the Client’s Health, Safety & Training Manager and supported by MyneSight’s Operations Manager, you will coordinate comprehensive training programs for mine site personnel, focusing on safety, compliance, and skill development. You will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain training needs, site materials, and employee progress.

Role Responsibilities:
* Develop and coordinate training programs within budgets and timelines
* Implement site-specific safety and compliance training
* Manage onsite trainers and assessors
* Ensure LMS compliance and maintain training records
* Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate on training needs
* Update training materials to reflect policy changes
* Provide hands-on training as needed
* Stay current with industry trends
* Deliver training efficiently and effectively
* Review and report on training activities
