The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Sign Producer to join our production team. This role will see you take responsibility for the hands-on production and assembly of signage, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard of quality, accuracy, and durability. You will work with a wide range of materials and equipment, from vinyl and acrylic to digital printing and large-format fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce and assemble a wide variety of signage including vinyl graphics, illuminated signs, and large-format installations.
* Operate and maintain production machinery (printers, cutters, laminators, CNC, etc.).
* Read and interpret design drawings to ensure accuracy in production.
* Apply vinyl and other graphics to panels, vehicles, and substrates.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
* Work collaboratively with the design, project, and installation teams to ensure deadlines are met.
About You
* Previous experience in sign production or a related manufacturing/printing role.
* Strong practical skills with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
* Knowledge of signage materials (vinyl, acrylic, aluminium, digital print media, etc.).
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines.
* Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
