Location: Newcastle/Sydney
Experience: 5 – 10 years
Work Arrangement: 3 days a week work from office
Key Skills Required: MS365, L2 and above, DMARC, DKIM and Email security
Roles & Responsibilities:
M365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) serving as the primary technical authority for enterprise communication and collaboration platforms
Primary focus on Exchange Online (Email), Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
Manage the complete lifecycle of M365 collaboration services
Plan, design, and deploy Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom solutions
Perform ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization of services
Lead advanced troubleshooting and act as escalation point for complex issues
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of collaboration platforms
Configure and manage mail flow, mailboxes, retention, and security policies in Exchange Online
Administer Microsoft Teams policies, voice, meetings, and collaboration features
Manage Zoom administration, policies, integrations, and governance
Provide user training, guidance, and best practices to improve adoption and productivity
Maximize business value and efficiency from collaboration tools
Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to align platforms with organizational needs
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures for M365 services
