What You'll Do
* Lead with purpose: Build and nurture long-term relationships with HCPs, providing expert education on rare diseases and Sobi's innovative portfolio.
* Drive impact: Execute commercial strategies that deliver results, achieve sales targets, grow market share, and remove barriers to patient care.
* Be the expert: Develop deep knowledge of therapeutic areas, patient journeys, multi-disciplinary teams and treatment options to support rapid diagnosis and optimal care.
* Collaborate for success: Work cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and patient support teams to deliver value-based solutions and impactful educational events.
* Innovate and adapt: Use data-driven insights, CRM and digital tools to optimize engagement and territory planning.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in science, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, business, or similar.
* 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales/key account management experience in specialty care and/or rare diseases.
* Experience in rare, ultra-rare, or orphan disease areas (haematology/immunology and/or nephrology preferred).
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial acumen, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
* Completed Medicines Australia CEP program and valid Australian driver's license.
* Willingness to travel at least once a month to either South Australia or Western Australia from the other State.
