About The Role
As a People and Culture Professional, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR solutions that align with the broader organisational goals. From employee relations to workforce planning and HR project delivery, this role offers genuine scope to drive positive outcomes in a mission-driven environment.
* Provide trusted HR advice across employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes and complex investigations.
* Support business units through periods of change including restructures, award interpretation and enterprise agreement implementation.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors to support workforce planning, hiring strategies and onboarding practices.
* Contribute to salary benchmarking, remuneration advice and benefits program development.
* Lead or contribute to HR projects and systems improvements (including HRIS optimisation).
* Partner with leadership teams to identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives.
* Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and uphold the organisation's safeguarding responsibilities.
