Job Title: Senior Town Planner Location: Shepparton Office Employment Type: Full-Time I’ve been engaged by a leading property and infrastructure consultancy, to find a driven and passionate Senior Town Planner to join their award-winning team. The Role As a Town Planner, you’ll work closely with senior team members, clients, and other professionals to deliver quality planning outcomes. You’ll be trusted to: Prepare and manage planning applications for projects of varying scale Liaise and negotiate with local councils and authorities Draft planning reports, amendments, proposals, and strategic advice Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical results Champion continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across offices This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their planning career within a supportive, collaborative environment. About You You’ll be a qualified planner with circa 5 years’ experience in either local or regional markets. You’ll be known for being dependable, responsive, and results-driven, with a strong foundation in both statutory and strategic planning.
