**Key Accountabilities**
- Create and maintain a program plan and schedule, to align with and achieve the outcomes required by the program, with a focus on the re-use, enhancement and extension of existing ACT Digital capabilities and services.
- Create and maintain a program plan on a page, to allow visibility of the entire program and its project streams and critical path/s - a tool to enable discussions and engage with senior leaders.
- Report to a Program Board and to individual Project Sponsor Groups; analyse and provide advice to the Board and project Sponsors on progress towards agreed outcomes, and on risks to the achievement of outcomes.
- Work with project managers to plan, schedule and report on their project deliverables in accordance with the overall program.
- Work collaboratively as part of multi-disciplinary project teams, utilising a combination of internal and external staff and contractor resources to achieve required outcomes.
- Manage the resource and change management expectations of directorates when using the platform, supporting directorates to plan and cost their projects end-to-end, across people, process, technology, and for the full lifecycle of the service or services delivered.
- Work with the ACT Digital Platform Manager and directorate or agency business and service owners to ensure transition to effective, sustainable business-as-usual support arrangements as part of project closure.
- Proactively plan and manage resource allocation and budget constraints and manage program conflicts.
- Manage and refine benefits realisation planning and reporting.
**Key Requirements**
- Experience in managing large complex programs with significant ICT components.
- Experience in leading high performing multi-disciplinary project teams delivering according to an end-to-end design thinking methodology.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Focus on program outcomes and a clear record of delivery of these.
- Expertise in risk and issue management at the project and program level.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an executive team.
- A current CMTEDD issued Personnel Vetting Program certificate/clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain such a certificate/clearance is mandatory.
**Desirable Criteria**
- Understanding of policy and technology issues related to digital identity, and a relevant tertiary qualification, are advantages.
