Project Manager Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our projects and teams to success. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across various sectors, including Defence.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in the construction industry and proven ability in managing construction contracts and contract administration. Government or defence project experience is preferred but not essential. Expertise in various delivery methodologies, including Full Documentation / Fixed Lump Sum and Design & Construct, is also highly regarded.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer requirements.
* Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements
* Australian Citizenship is required to obtain and retain an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.
* Recent experience in the construction industry, preferably in government or defence project management.
* Proven ability in managing construction contracts and contract administration.
* Expertise in various delivery methodologies, including Full Documentation / Fixed Lump Sum and Design & Construct.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication abilities.
* Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Professional qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager or equivalent certification is highly regarded.
