Aged Care Worker Opportunity

This position is based at our 40-bed facility in Mundaring, where you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders to deliver person-centred care to residents. Our team provides support and resources for residents to live independently and maintain their dignity.
As an Aged Care Worker, your responsibilities will include promoting independence, coordinating with staff and nursing teams, and assisting with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.
You will play a key role in supporting residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, helping them achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily activities. By providing high-quality care and services, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters resident satisfaction and engagement.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to build respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute positively to a collaborative workplace culture.
We require applicants who hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar), or are working towards it—or willing to obtain it. Ideally, you will have previous experience in aged care, but if not, you should be eager to learn and develop your skills through ongoing training and professional development.
