Technical Leadership Opportunity
Monash University seeks an experienced IT team leader to join its on-campus support centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a group of skilled IT professionals in delivering high-quality technical support directly to academics.
The Role
* Provide strategic leadership and direction to the IT support team.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across academic faculties.
* Coordinate the delivery of high-quality IT services through internal and external partnerships.
The role involves building on existing processes and developing innovative solutions to improve service delivery. If you have experience in leading customer-facing teams, liaising with senior customers, and coordinating service delivery, then this may be the ideal position for you.
