Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Anaesthetist to join our expanding team in a regional Victoria location. As a key member of the Anaesthetic and Perioperative Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality anaesthesia and perioperative care across a wide range of surgical specialties.
The ideal candidate will have Fellowship of ANZCA (FANZCA) or equivalent, Specialist AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration. They will also possess broad clinical expertise in anaesthesia and perioperative medicine, strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills, as well as a commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality anaesthesia and perioperative care
* Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and on-call rosters
* Supervise and mentor junior doctors, registrars, and students
* Engage in clinical governance, quality improvement, and research activities
