We are seeking teachers who can apply their expertise and experience to make informed decisions about student safety and participation in dynamic, outdoor learning environments.Based in the beautiful Scenic Rim, Maroon Outdoor Education Centre is home to a team of dedicated educators who collaborate to deliver exceptional outcomes for our students and visiting staff. This role offers the opportunity to work across primary, secondary, and special education settings in a supportive and collaborative team environment.The ideal candidate will be a registered teacher with experience in outdoor pursuits and a strong commitment to student safety and engagement. Competencies in canoeing, bushwalking, and rock climbing from the Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership are highly desirable, with a willingness to work towards them if not already held. This role involves lightweight camping and overnight programs under a TOIL arrangement, ideal for educators who are passionate about the outdoors and creating meaningful learning experiences.Minimum RequirementsA relevant teaching qualification.Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland.
