Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide.
Main Responsibilities:
* Booking in all transport carriers, ensuring timely adherence to schedules
* Collaborating with warehouse team leaders and the transport coordinator to optimize safe loading and unloading of vehicles
* Supporting billing by accurately and promptly updating data entry requirements
* Reviewing and maintaining daily volumes to ensure effective timeslot management
* Ensuring compliance with COR protocols while minimizing disruptions
* Demonstrating intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Providing attention to detail in fast-paced environments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with SAP, PWS, or TMS advantageous
* Background in transport and logistics industries desirable
* Ability to work effectively in teams under tight time constraints
* Capacity to identify discrepancies in transactional data
* Excellent numeracy and reconciliation skills
* Effective written and oral communication
