About the Role: Pharmacy Assistant
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will work under the direct supervision of our Retail Manager, meeting and exceeding our customer's shopping experiences, working behind the register, filling and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Help create a friendly and welcoming shopping environment; meet and greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
* Assist with cash handling and register operations; process transactions accurately.
* Fill and face shelves, ticketing and merchandising to maintain attractive product presentation.
Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous Pharmacy or Retail experience (preferred)
* Confidence in recommending and selling products
* Genuine interest in cosmetics and skincare
* Professional presentation and image
* Cash handling and register skills
* Strong communication skills between all stakeholders
* Dedicated work ethic
* Willingness to learn and grow with the business
* Eye for detail and accuracy
* Flexible availability through weekdays and weekends
