As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the team, partnering with Senior Managers to deliver an exceptional client experience, help onboard and train offshore staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll become the go-to person for product knowledge, process support and delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Role:
* Working closely with Senior Relationship Managers, to support daily operations
* Introduce and implement new software to help improve systems and processes
* Training, guiding and uplifting offshore team members
* Managing onboarding for incoming offshore staff
* Owning data integrity and ensuring accurate, clean, up-to-date information
* Building a deep understanding of our products and services to support both clients and the internal team

* Minimum 2+ years' real estate experience and a deep understanding of industry pace and expectations
* QLD Real Estate registration
* Exceptional people skills with the natural ability to build rapport, influence, and connect effortlessly
* Impeccable organisational skills
* Tech-confident and quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes
* Polished written and verbal communication
