About the role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Maintenance team at our Kalgoorlie office. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the processing of relevant documentation, department compliance, management of rosters and site access, and general department support.
Tasks include assisting with staff onboarding, including the co-ordination of flights and accommodation bookings and being responsible for accurate, efficient data entry.
The position is residential Kalgoorlie-based (5:2 roster), with occasional requirements to work weekends to support site access if a breakdown occurs.
