As pastry chef/pastry cook, you will work closely with our Head pastry chef and will be assisting in the preparation and baking of all pastries and croissants.
Qualifications & experience
* A strong understanding of creating quality pastries
* Excellent team worker with strong communication skill
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent food hygiene standards
Tasks & responsibilities
* Assisting in the production and prep for the next day ahead
* Maintaining freshness and stock level of goods
* Upholding cleanliness of your section
* Following production schedules and procedures
* Preparation and rotation of ingredients for daily production
* Other general duties as required such as cleaning
* The work involve early morning starts and availability to work a seven days rotating roster.
