The Role
The Senior Health Manager – Service Growth and Community Outcomes will lead the delivery of culturally safe, high-quality health services through Wathaurong's clinic and outreach programs. This role combines operational oversight with strategic planning to drive business growth, service expansion, and improved health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, in alignment with Closing the Gap targets.
