Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects on budget and to quality standards.
1. Lead and manage the project team, overseeing all aspects of the project including formal contract documentation, schedules, budget tracking and performance reporting.
2. Manage, motivate and coordinate team members to achieve project success.
3. Evaluate strict adherence to commercial contracts, engineering standards and safety regulations.
4. Provide mentorship and coaching to support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* A Mechanical or Electrical trade background with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership, time management and communication skills.
* The ability to build scope of works from tender documentation.
* Proven experience delivering medium and large-scale projects.
