 * Lead a high-performing team of storage experts to meet or exceed targets.
 * Drive exceptional customer service delivery.
 * Oversee centre operations, including presentation, maintenance, administration, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
 * Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing centre financial performance for senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * 1+ year's experience in management or team leadership in a high-volume setting.
 * Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate situations.
 * Proven track record of working towards sales targets and key performance indicators.
 * Proficiency in using technology and multitasking between different systems.
 * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
 * Motivated, proactive, and positive outlook, with a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
 * Valid driver's license and car ownership.
