We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Manager to manage our growing Service team, and work closely with our Warehouse and Transport teams to serve the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively manage a small diverse team, possess a strong understanding of customer service, with experience with online ticketing, record-keeping and planning apps. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify areas for improvement, implement efficient systems, and ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations.

Standard 8-hour shifts worked within the hours of 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for exceptional candidates to set their preferred start and finish times within this window.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage Service team staff: feedback & coaching, rosters, timesheets & leave.
* First point of contact for possible staff issues across the Service team, and their work with other teams.
* Act as a support to Warehouse and Transport team in the Admin space, including assisting them with logistics, scheduling and staff administration needs.
* Managing Office and Warehouse stores, supplies and staff needs.
* Manage customer onboarding, including records creation, and manage and administer customer policies.
* Acting as a primary contact to key customers, including ongoing offering support and building their relationship with APF.

Skills & Experience

* Strong technical skills in use of online ticketing, recordkeeping and planning apps, ability to quickly pick up new platforms (Cognito Forms, Carton Cloud, JitBit or pallet management platforms considered a benefit).
* Proactive people manager
* Confident in use of Microsoft Suite, including Admin
* Customer service, client management
* Comfortable with multi-tasking
