Who are we looking for?

* Strong interest or previous experience in a customer service focused environment.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Reliability and punctuality.
* Experience in a healthcare setting is not essential as training is provided.
* Willingness to travel between clinic locations across Perth
* Available to work between the hours of 7:30-6:30pm Monday - Friday
* Available for rotating Saturday mornings
* Sound knowledge in the use of computers.
Your key duties and responsibilities include:
* Providing genuine customer service to patients, face to face and on telephone.
* Daily administrative tasks of the clinic, such as telephones and patient enquiries, appointment bookings, invoicing and medicare claims.
* Daily clinic operations including clinic opening, room preparation and clinic closing.
* Working in multi-clinic locations in metropolitan Perth
