1. Lead all aspects of the support services and working relationships for designated Cerner clients, while serving as the primary contact for all client-based support activities.
2. Be accountable for client satisfaction and service level attainment along with achieving business objectives by encouraging external client relationships, delivering recurring reviews of support metrics to client leadership, and recommending impact strategies.
3. Be managing client service request critical issues and escalate as appropriate, acquire approvals for change requests aligning with change management process, facilitate and coordinate package management and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve client objectives.

4. Willing to participate in on-call rotation, as needed.
5. At least 5 years of Service Delivery management experience.
6. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local laws.
7. Work in accordance with corporate and interpersonal security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
8. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
9. Preferred experience with Oracle Cerner Millennium.
10. Proficient in English.
