Role Description
This is a hybrid contract role for a skilled Mortgage Broker, based in Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work from home part-time.
The role involves assisting clients in securing mortgage loans by assessing their financial situation, identifying suitable loan products, and guiding them through the application process.
The professional will liaise with clients, lenders, and financial institutions, ensuring accurate documentation, providing expert advice, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while staying updated on market trends and loan products is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
Proficient in Mortgage Brokering, Financial Analysis, and evaluating loan applications
Strong knowledge of Financial Regulations, Lending Practices, and Compliance requirements
Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, and Customer Relationship Management skills
Detail-oriented with strong Analytical and Problem-solving abilities
Proven organizational and Time Management skills to meet deadlines
A Diploma or relevant qualification in Finance, Mortgage Brokering, or related field
Proficiency in financial software and tools used in the mortgage industry
Accreditation with the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) or the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) is an advantage
