Your new role
As a service consultant you will be responsible for daily administrative tasks in a customer service focused environment. You will be completing applications and managing your own portfolio of advisers. You will have a genuine passion for customer service and thrive within a fast paced environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Deliver high standards of customer service to a variety of stakeholders
* Strive to make every customer contact on which builds advocacy
* Proactively manage your own portfolio of advisers together while supporting your colleagues to provide excellent levels of service throughout the policy life cycle
* On-board new advisers to create new business
* Continuously look for ways to improve the service
Your skills and experience
* Exceptional customer service skills within insurance or financial services
* Strong negotiating skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong processing administration skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
