Entry Level CMT Technician

• Ensure quality assurance and workplace safety.
• Adjust effectively to new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures.
• Share information and ideas, looking for opportunities to help and support others.
• Perform a manual labour‐intensive role including heavy lifting.
• Travel between local offices as required.
• Work effectively under pressure, prioritising work to meet client demands.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks in the field and in the laboratory, including preparing and testing soil, aggregates & concrete samples.
• Liaise with the Coffey Testing client onsite on testing schedules, procedures and results, representing the Coffey Testing brand.
• Maintain or exceed expected competency benchmark levels, including safety, accuracy and productivity.
• Ensure accuracy of test results and timely output of work.
• Attend rostered work times punctually in a fit for work condition.
• Hold a current manual driver's licence (advantageous).
