* Supporting clients with daily living and community access
Supporting clients in their own homes and out in the community, this role focuses on promoting independence and wellbeing. Responsibilities include meal preparation, personal care, and medication prompting. Essential skills for this position include a strong understanding of mental health needs and safe manual handling practices to ensure quality care and client safety.
This role includes various casual ad-hoc shifts to support a range of clients in the Coffs Harbour area.
Pay Rates
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax)
* Base hourly rate: $35.15
* Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
* Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
* Saturday: $49.21
* Sunday: $63.27
* Public holiday: $77.33

* NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
* Working with Children Check (Current)
* Australian Driver's License
