As our pipeline continues to expand, we're looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager who's excited by the idea of owning and delivering a diverse mix of commercial projects, each with its own challenges, opportunities, and rewards.
About the Role
As a key player in our delivery team, you'll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial construction projects (new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs) across industries including hospitality, healthcare, retail, and community facilities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems before others even see them, and loves guiding a project from concept to completion.
A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience is essential for this role.
Experience managing projects with values ranging from $1M-$5M is required.
You'll be taking charge of:
* Owning projects from pre-construction through to handover
* Programming, cost control, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
* Identifying issues early and driving proactive solutions
* End-to-end financial management and transparent reporting
* Leading consultants, suppliers, site teams, and key stakeholders
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Ensuring WHS, quality, and environmental compliance
* Managing risks, variations, and opportunities for value engineering
About You
You're a confident and capable Project Manager with a proven track record in construction and you want your next role to push you, support you, and help you grow.
You will ideally bring:
* A genuine passion for building great projects in diverse sectors
* Demonstrated experience in commercial builds, fit-outs, or refurbishments
* Excellent contract administration and cost management abilities
* Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
* Experience with project management software such as Procore or Premiere
