Customer Engagement Services Branch are looking for a ServiceNow developer with experience managing a team of technical staff or stakeholders to facilitate improvements in service delivery. Our team is passionate about innovation and improving the delivery of ACT Government services for approximately 22,000 internal customers. These services cover multiple functions including Finance, Human Resources and Information Communication Technologies.
The Website Development Manager will establish new development opportunities and manage continuous improvement of existing service delivery methods with a focus on seeking automation opportunities.

**Eligibility/Requirements**
Experience with ServiceNow is essential and ServiceNow development experience considered to be highly desirable.
Experience with JavaScript is highly desirable.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
