We are working exclusively with our client, one of Australia's most respected international pharmaceutical companies, on this exciting project. This is a newly created intimate team focused on providing the best outcome for stroke patients.
The Role
Full time role across VIC/TAS/SA and WA but focused on metro areas
Very specialised thrombolytic portfolio, targeting Stroke Neurologists, Hospital Emergency Physicians, Stroke Nurses and relevant HCPs
Newly formulated product extension that is a much-anticipated launch
Work with a small national team in the state, take total accountability for VIC/TAS/SA and WA results
Work closely with multiple disciplinary teams within the hospital, navigating and influencing key decision makers to make the best decision for patient outcomes
Work in a true account management style, navigating patient journeys across the stroke landscape in key account hospitals
Focus on education of key practitioners and nursing staff within the stroke treatment discipline
The Ideal Candidate
Experienced pharmaceutical Hospital Specialist Representative with account management experience
Experience selling across multi-disciplinary teams within the hospital environment
Robust record of success with good stable tenure and achievements
Have high integrity, be accountable for your performance and motivated by the success of the team as much as your own results
Tertiary qualifications are essential, this is a highly complex disease state with intricate treatment protocols
