Role Overview:
As a Carpenter, you will be integral to the construction and carpentry activities on a detailed $12M private residential build. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will uphold high standards of finish and contribute to one of Sydney's most prestigious homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration: Work alongside skilled carpenters throughout all construction phases.
Project Coordination: Maintain effective communication with the Site Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Comprehensive Project Experience: Apply your expertise from early structural works through to final handover.
Technical Proficiency: Accurately interpret construction plans, scopes and specifications.
Site Operations Support: Assist in daily construction site activities.
Carpentry Expertise: Perform high-end internal and external works including framing, detailed fit-off, window/door installs, structural carpentry and feature finishes.
Collaborative Execution: Work closely with builders and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in high-end residential projects
• Strong communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of building and carpentry techniques
• Certificate III in Carpentry
• Desire for long-term employment with pathways into Leading Hand or Foreman roles
• Reliable transportation, PPE, valid driver's license and current construction white card
