**The Role**
Reporting to the E-commerce Operations Manager the Online Department Manager is responsible for leading a replenishment team within a market-leading eCommerce operation that provides an exceptional customer experience. Responsible for creating a customer-focused culture delivering key objectives linked to people, productivity, and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of replenishers
- Ensure your department is achieving OKR targets
- Maintaining great standards in your department which include wastage, shrinkage, quality, and rotation
- Always looking to improve efficiency to simplify processes
- Ensure shelves are full and ready for personal shoppers
- Ensuring inventory is accurate and maintained
- Compliance
- Safety & food safety
**Qualifications & Competencies required**
- Retail or FMCG is highly desirable
- Must be available to work alternate shifts morning, evening and weekends when required
- Forklift license desirable
