About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the rollout of the Disability Inclusion Profile to all government schools in Victoria.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for improving disability inclusion and a proven track record in project management and team leadership.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Victorian Government Department of Education to achieve the aims and objectives of the reform.
Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, training and quality of facilitators, ensuring the reform achieves its aims and objectives, and identifying emerging opportunities for improvement.
This requires a balanced understanding of priorities and pressures on various teams operating to support the reform.
Essential qualifications and skills include:
* A postgraduate degree in an allied health profession (psychologist, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, speech pathologist)
* Over 10 years of experience working in/with schools
* Natural leadership skills and ability to build positive team cultures
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Initiative and attention to detail under pressure
* In-depth knowledge of Disability Inclusion reform in Victoria
