Workforce Intelligence Specialist
A skilled Workforce Intelligence Specialist is required to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, producing and distributing regular HR operating reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate management, operational and ad-hoc information and reports for senior managers and business units on human resource and workforce matters.
* Assist in the interpretation of management, operational and ad-hoc information.
* Develop a sound understanding of available data and source systems.
* Contribute to projects aimed at developing, reviewing and improving workforce reporting systems and processes.
* Monitor information for accuracy and usage.
* Deliver products within the scope of Workforce Reporting ensuring consistent, timely and high-quality reporting of product outputs/outcomes of services.
* Provide informed and accurate advice and support to managers and staff on all workforce reporting services and assist team members in interpreting relevant legislation, policy and procedures.
* Undertake work deliverables to the highest standards ensuring all work outputs adhere to internal quality assurance methods, frameworks and requirements.
Requirements:
* Highly valued skills and working knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel and MS Power BI.
