The Opportunity
This is a founding regional leadership role. You will own the APAC GTM strategy, execution, people, and outcomes. You’ll inherit a small, high‑performing team that has already delivered ~100+% of target this year, and you’ll be responsible for growing the team, building scalable processes, and making the region your own. This is a true builder role: zero‑to‑scale, high autonomy, and high visibility.
What You’ll Do
* Own APAC revenue and GTM strategy, reporting into global leadership
* Lead, coach, and scale a high‑performing enterprise sales team.
* Build and refine regional playbooks: ICPs, vertical strategy, deal qualification, forecasting, and pipeline management
* Remain hands‑on in strategic enterprise deals, influencing and closing $40k–$200k+ USD opportunities
* Personally engage with $1B+ revenue enterprises, supporting reps in complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
* Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Climate Specialists to shape regional messaging and use cases
* Drive predictable growth while maintaining strong win rates and sales discipline
* Hire, develop, and retain top‑tier GTM talent as the region scales
