Responsibilities
- Providing clients with legal advice on Property Damage and TPD claims.
- Managing a file load, including prioritising work and delivering services effectively.
- Manage and strengthen existing referral networks and client relationships, along with initiating and building new ones.
Qualifications
- Post admission experience (1-3 Years).
- A proven ability to meet team goals and deadlines.
- Identifying practical and creative solutions for clients.
- A calm and easy-going nature.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues and challenging clients.
- An ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.
