We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Casual Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in ensuring a warm, positive, and seamless patient experience while supporting the day‐to‐day operations of the practice.
Job Description
* Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
* Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
* Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
* Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable.
* Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year experience in dental reception within Australia
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software (Ultimo Dental) is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast‐paced environment.
* A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
