As we continue to scale across Australia, we're looking for an Account Manager to own and grow our NSW dealer portfolio from our Sydney office.
About the Role
As the Account Manager – NSW, you'll be responsible for the success, retention, and growth of AutoGrab's dealer customers across New South Wales.
This is a hands-on role that combines relationship management, commercial ownership, training, and proactive account development. You'll work closely with the State Manager and broader commercial team to ensure dealers are enabled, engaged, and consistently extracting value from AutoGrab's platform.
This role is ideal for someone who is structured, commercially minded, and confident working directly with dealer principals, sales managers, and buying teams — and who enjoys being out in the market building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day account management and retention across a NSW dealer portfolio
Onboard new customers as assigned and ensure a strong early experience
Deliver product training and ongoing coaching to drive adoption and usage
Identify and execute upsell opportunities within your portfolio
Review account health and usage weekly, escalating risks early
Maintain accurate CRM records, structured visit schedules, and account notes
Travel regionally within NSW as required
Contribute to sales, customer, and squad meetings to share insights and improve execution
About You
Experience in account management, customer success, or a commercial client-facing role (automotive and/or SaaS experience highly regarded)
Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage senior dealer stakeholders
Commercially minded — able to identify growth opportunities and drive account expansion
Highly organised with strong territory management, calendar discipline, and CRM hygiene
Comfortable working autonomously while being accountable to clear KPIs
Willingness to travel across NSW as needed
