We're expanding and seeking a driven Operations Lead to support the business in a 2IC capacity, helping oversee daily operations and drive performance.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the business. You'll work closely with management to ensure smooth operations, strong team performance, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations across restoration projects
* Support and manage new hires, onboarding, and team development
* Review and sign off contractor invoices
* Run and analyse financial and operational reports
* Coordinate workflows, resources, and timelines
* Act as second-in-charge, stepping in to support leadership as required

Requirements

* Previous experience in operations, coordination, or leadership (construction/restoration preferred)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication with trades, clients, and internal teams
* Ability to work independently and lead a team
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
* Financial acumen and confidence working with reports and budgets
