A high-performing, founder-led fashion and e-commerce brand is seeking a commercially sharp and strategically-minded Head of Operations to take the reins during a transformative phase of global growth.
Why This Role Is Different This is more than just BAU operations. You'll step into the driver's seat of several high-impact projects—including a global 3PL rollout, evaluation of existing warehouse infrastructure, and future-proofing systems for scale across North America, Europe, and beyond.
With strong backing from the founders and a cross-functional leadership team, you'll be empowered to challenge, change, and lead with impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end operations across logistics, fulfilment, warehouse, 3PL, and customer success
* Lead and mentor a growing team (6 direct reports, including 2 warehouse managers)
* Oversee the transition from a centralised AU warehouse to a regional 3PL structure (US 3PL already live; Europe next)
* Collaborate with planning, product, and finance teams to align supply chain with commercial strategy
* Deliver exceptional post-purchase experience through customer operations leadership
* Manage ongoing relationships with consultants and external vendors
* Drive business continuity, cost efficiency, and process excellence across the back end
* Bring structure, data-led reporting, and rhythm to operational decision-making
* Contribute as a key member of the senior leadership team
Who You Are
* A proven operations leader with experience in a fashion or digitally-native consumer brand
* Strong exposure to growth-stage businesses with evolving global operations
* Hands-on experience rolling out and managing international 3PL networks
* Confident leading teams through change, ambiguity, and rapid scale
* A natural collaborator with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to link operations to customer experience and growth
* Experience in a brand larger than, or equivalent in scale to, a fast-scaling ANZ fashion business
* Highly organised, data-driven, and able to influence at every level
