Qualified Electrician – Long-term Role with Level 2 ASP Pathway
FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE – West Gosford
We are a growing electrical and communications business based on the Central Coast, looking for a reliable, motivated, fully qualified electrician who wants to build a long-term career within a stable and expanding company.
This role is ideal for someone who is career-focused, takes pride in their work, and is interested in developing into a more senior position over time, including the opportunity to step into and lead our Level 2 ASP work as the business grows.
About the Role
Working as part of our trade team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical work across a broad range of services. You'll enjoy a varied workload, exposure to different job types, and the opportunity to continually build your skills – no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
* General domestic, commercial and industrial electrical installations and maintenance
* Fault finding and problem solving
* Data and CCTV work
* Working alongside, guiding, and training apprentices
* Maintaining strong safety standards and compliance
* Representing the business professionally on site and with customers
* Completing onsite quotes, giving you the opportunity to make additional bonuses on each job
This is a hands-on trade role suited to someone who enjoys being on the tools, taking ownership of their work, and being trusted to get the job done safely and to a high standard.
About You
This role will suit you if you:
* Are a fully qualified electrician with solid domestic experience
* Strong fault-finding knowledge and experience
* Have sound knowledge of current electrical standards, including AS/NZ300, and NSW SIR
* Take pride in your workmanship and attention to detail
* Are reliable, punctual, and consistent
* Want a long-term role
* Are focused on growing your skills and responsibility over time
* Work well as part of a small, professional team
* Are you comfortable mentoring apprentices
* Communicate well with customers and colleagues
* Are confident using modern tools, systems, and technology and open to learning new processes
Applicants who already hold a Level 2 ASP accreditation will be highly regarded, and this will be reflected in their pay rate.
Applicants must be able to provide strong references and complete a paid trial.
