Job Opportunity: Strategic Project Leadership
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead multiple strategic projects across our portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated project plans, facilitating working groups and stakeholders, and ensuring effective change management.
1. Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational objectives.
2. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
3. Conduct thorough business analysis to inform project decisions.
4. Identify, mitigate, and report on project risks.
5. Manage project issues and escalate as necessary.
6. Monitor and control project progress, removing barriers and coordinating activities.
7. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and organizational change management to ensure seamless project execution.
8. Provide exceptional stakeholder support and communication.
9. Deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
10. Ensure adherence to project management standards and governance.
Mandatory Qualifications:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
* At least 8 years of experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
* Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* Desirable Qualifications:
* 8+ years of cumulative traditional project management experience.
* Demonstrated expertise in managing project working groups, senior stakeholders, and achieving results.
* Proven track record of managing 3+ major projects.
* Experience conducting business analysis to support project planning.
